You have good songs, rehearse regularly, play gigs – and still feel like you're treading water? Often it's not talent that's missing, but an outside view: Where do you really stand? What do you stand for? And how does that come across to audiences, promoters and online?

As a musician, producer, booker and manager, I have seen many bands from the inside and the outside. I bring this experience to the table – honestly, specifically and with the goal that afterwards you know what to do next.

  1. Potential Analysis

Where do you stand – and what's in you?

Before adjusting anything, you need to know where you stand. I take a close look at your band:

    • Your songs: What works, what ignites, what's still missing?
    • Your concept: Do music, lyrics and appearance fit together?
    • The commitment of each band member: Who's pulling along, where does it stall?
    • What you have already achieved – and what's already there to build on

Result: An honest assessment of your strengths and weaknesses and a clear idea of where your potential lies.

  2. Corporate Identity / Image Development

What do you stand for – and what not?

A clear image makes you recognisable and helps fans, promoters and press to place you. Together we work out:

    • What do you stand for as an artist or band – musically, in terms of content and visually?
    • What do you deliberately not stand for? Setting yourself apart sharpens your profile.
    • What follows from this image – for logo, photos, language and appearance?

Result: A consistent picture that runs through everything: from the stage to the photos to the social media post.

  3. Online Optimisation

How do people find you – and what do they see?

Promoters, press and new fans usually check you out online first. I take a close look at your presence:

    • Social media: Which channels suit you, what do you post, how often – and how does it go down?
    • Your own website: Can people quickly find what they're looking for – music, videos, dates, contact?
    • Does your online presence match your image?

Result: Concrete suggestions for improving your channels and your website – with priorities you can realistically tackle alongside everyday band life.

  4. Live/Show Optimisation

How do you want to come across live?

Live is where listeners become fans – or don't. Closely linked to your image, we look at:

    • Do you want to sweep the audience along and involve them – with lots of audience participation?
    • Or do you rather present a show that speaks for itself?
    • What carries your performance, and what holds it back – from the setlist to your stage presence?
    • Technology that plays along: click and backing tracks, lighting control, MIDI devices – I help you build a reliable setup that has your back on stage.
    • If needed, I can draw on my network: experienced sound engineers, lighting technicians and roadies who can support you live.

Result: A live show that suits you, works technically – and that the audience won't forget anytime soon.

It's all connected

The four areas interlock: the potential analysis shows where to start. Your image determines how you present yourselves online and on stage. And a strong live show in turn provides material for social media. You can start with one area or tackle everything together.

And then: putting it into practice

Once it's clear where you're heading, I can also support you with the next steps:
